Great Success For Childhood Cancer Awareness
We are happy to report that September’s Mercy Co-Worker T-shirt Promotion was a huge success, with almost 700 shirts sold! The goal of this program was to create more awareness around pediatric cancer, with September being Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. As a partner with the Mercy St. Louis and Mercy Springfield Hospital locations, Xplor, Inc. assisted in developing and managing the promotion, as well as the online co-worker store through which the t-shirts were sold. Xplor has partnered with Mercy and ROI to act as the merchandising liaison for the co-worker stores and creates all of the monthly promotions.
For each shirt purchased by Mercy employees, a special teddy bear was given to Mercy Kids patients at both cancer center locations. Because of the incredible number of shirts sold, every child at both centers received a bear!
