In our third week featuring Xplor’s recent Travel Programs, we are sharing the spectacular experience had by Senior Helpers franchise owners and guests during their annual President’s Club trip. Senior Helpers is a large national franchise that provides compassionate care for seniors in their own homes.

The President’s Club is a travel incentive program founded to incentivize the franchise system to achieve specific goals. And it worked! The number of President’s Club members has steadily increased over the years. This March, the hard-working top performers headed to Los Cabos, Mexico and the stunning JW Marriott Los Cabos Beach Resort & Spa.

Upon arrival at the brand new JW Marriott property on Wednesday, all attendees received a Senior Helpers-branded tote bag stuffed with two tropical-themed towels to use during their stay and take home at the end of the trip.

On the first evening, the welcome reception was held at an outdoor venue, on the resort, with stunning ocean views. Senior Helpers’ president welcomed everyone by thanking them for all of their hard work throughout the year, which led to qualifying for the trip.

On the first full day, franchise owners attended a mandatory meeting, while all other guests had the opportunity to relax and enjoy the resort. Starting at 3:00 pm, a shuttle to San Jose del Cabos was available for the group to wander around the charming downtown area before heading to dinner at H Restaurant. Upon returning from dinner, everyone found a bottle of Mexican tequila in their rooms!

On Friday, attendees spent the day at leisure relaxing or participating in optional activities such as deep-sea fishing, kayaking, hiking, whale watching, or golf. The evening’s entertainment began with shuttles to the lively heart of Cabos San Lucas, where spring break was in full effect. After time to wander, the group convened at Tres Gallos—an authentic Mexican restaurant with a wide array of margaritas and great food. Some of the group chose to stay and enjoy the nightlife while the rest returned to the hotel to find fireworks on the beach and a voucher for the Sunglasses Shopping Experience the next day.

Saturday was a full day on their own, so the group lounged and relaxed at the many pools the resort had to offer. They also all came by the Xplor, Inc. hospitality table at their leisure to participate in the Sunglasses Shopping Experience, using the vouchers they received the previous night. Guests were presented with a selection of Rayban and Bolle sunglasses, choosing one pair to take home with them.

The final evening was spent at the guests’ leisure, leaving them free to try out one of the excellent restaurants the resort had to offer. Upon returning to their rooms, the guests found an old fashioned 1950s model car waiting…encouraging them to make it to the 2018 President’s Club trip in Cuba!
